Staff are recruited at Belvedere British School through a number of means:

  • The UK Times Educational Supplement
  • Recruitment Fairs
  • Through UK or International Universities
  • Staff already in the UAE applying through the vacancies on our site or advertisements.

All potential candidates will be asked to complete the School Standard Application form. If successful they will be short-listed for an interview. An initial interview with an Interview Panel will take place during which all documentation and CRB checks will have to be presented. Interviews may take place in either the UK (with the help of our partners), or the UAE. Potential candidates will be asked to teach a class for observation of their teaching skills. If successful they will be short listed for a final interview with the Interview Panel, before being offered a contract.
