Belvedere British School has developed special guidelines for children and young people with Special Education Needs (SEN) to cover the curriculum. Full details of these guidelines and polices can be found in the School’s SEN Policy and supporting documents. These guidelines and policies will be used to support Staff and Parents to ensure that the full curriculum will be accessible to student with Special Needs. Belvedere British School has a dedicated SEN Co-ordinator to ensure that the care and requirements of students with Special Needs are fully met.
If you are thinking of Belvedere British School for your child who has Special Needs, please contact us if you have any questions or queries prior to application. After application, you and your child will be invited to the school to discuss your child’s needs. They will also be assessed by our SEN Co-Ordinator and Principal and if we believe that we have the facilities and resources to educate your child in the correct manner then we will offer them a place.
Our Special Education Needs places are limited and we therefore reserve the right to refuse admission to a student where we are unable to meet their full educational and care needs.
